How quickly can I start my course after purchasing?
Immediately. Your trainee account is created automatically at checkout, and your course unlocks the moment your order is placed.
Do I need to complete lessons in order?
We recommend completing lessons in order since later lessons build on earlier concepts, but you can revisit any lesson at any time.
When do I receive my certificate?
Certificates become eligible once every lesson is marked complete and the course quiz is passed. You can then issue and download your certificate from the course page.
Can my company track training for multiple drivers?
Yes. Organizations can view trainee progress, certificate status, and purchase history for all their drivers on the Customer Reports page.
